We are now offering group classes to all of our members. These fun, fast paced classes are the perfect workout to keep your metabolism burning between strength training workouts. This can serve as a nice variation from the usual semi-private or private sessions and are a great way to add consistency to your exercise program. Here is what you need to know about our classes:
* If you are a current member, classes are part of your membership...no added cost!
* Workouts will include a dynamic warm-up and fat burning intervals!
* Classes will hold up to 10 people.
* Each class will last 45 minutes.
* Workouts change every 2 weeks.
* (Research has shown that it takes about 6 exposures to an exercise to learn and adapt to it. By changing
* every two weeks we ensure that you become proficient with each movement before changing.)
